Brand-new & spotless room, an iron, a flat screen TV and a writing table in there. Hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows, very comfy bed.

It's great value for money, therefore nothing too much trouble. This is a well priced and friendly hotel with AMAZINGLY NICE staff who said they would report to manager.

Just a fitting option for a weekend rest in Lanlivery with very good value for money. The fire was lit when we arrived. Make sure to check if the heater works before settling in.

I loved the homemade biscuits and the lovely decanter of sherry waiting for us in our room—what a nice touch! The sunny garden area was perfect for lounging with a good book, while the cozy sun terrace offered a great spot for our evening drinks. Just a heads up, the bar downstairs can get a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin our enjoyment at all! 🍷

Oh mate, the food was on point! The locally sourced offerings had me raving about every bite. Plus, the bustling bar area was a right treat, filled with locals sharing a laugh and a pint. The breakfast spread was generous, with a choice of continental and cooked options to fuel up before a Cornish adventure. Absolutely splendid!

The historic charm of this inn captured my heart! The warm atmosphere, highlighted by the lovely stone floors and inviting log fire were good, while the food was pretty good with locally sourced ingredients and generous portions. Breakfast was particularly notable, with a superb selection that fueled my day of exploring. The bathroom could use some modern updates for a more comfortable experience.

The garden view room was beautifully decorated and clean. The food stood out, with locally sourced ingredients, and the generous portions left us satisfied. Some items on the menu felt a bit pricey, and while the staff were friendly, there were moments when service could have been more attentive.
